Black Restaurant Group is set to re-open Addie's in the upcoming Park Potomac Development. Chef/owners Barbara and Jeff Black opened the original Addie’s in 1995. Named after Jeff Black’s grandmother, Addie’s operated in a small converted house on Rockville Pike for 18 years. When the restaurant closed in November 2013, Jeff Black intended to re-open it as soon as he found the right space. Many of Addie’s old favorites will find a place on the new menu, along with some vegan options. The 4,000 square foot space will boast both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The new Addie’s will also feature a full raw bar and cocktail bar. BRG has tapped Philadelphia based BoxWood Architects for the design.
