Doi Moi now expands its services to lunch with this new pop-up serving creative sandwiches, salads, soups and snacks made by RAMMY "Rising Culinary Star" Finalist Chef Sasha Felikson. This lunchtime pop-up serves Friday through Sunday afternoons. Bird's Eye serves three different bahn mi-inspired sandwiches: Crispy Chicken Thigh with chili honey, herbs and soy mayo; Thai Roasted Pork with crispy shallots, marinated cucumber and soy mayo; and vegetarian Rice Cake with enoki mushroom, carrot, daikon pickles and soy mayo. All of these options can be served into a rice bowl for an additional $1. Salads include options such as the Green Papaya, the Stone Fruit, and the Thai Style Kimchi. This pop-up also serves an extensive menu of beer, mead, cider, bubbles, and two cocktails-- Basil Lemongrass Punch and Mimosas. There are also nonalcoholic drink options as well including ice teas, cold brew coffee and fresh-squeezed juices.
