Doi Moi now expands its services to lunch with this new pop-up serving creative sandwiches, salads, soups and snacks made by RAMMY “Rising Culinary Star” Finalist Chef Sasha Felikson. This lunchtime pop-up serves Friday through Sunday afternoons. Bird’s Eye serves three different bahn mi-inspired sandwiches: Crispy Chicken Thigh with chili honey, herbs and soy mayo; Thai Roasted Pork with crispy shallots, marinated cucumber and soy mayo; and vegetarian Rice Cake with enoki mushroom, carrot, daikon pickles and soy mayo. All of these options can be served into a rice bowl for an additional $1. Salads include options such as the Green Papaya, the Stone Fruit, and the Thai Style Kimchi. This pop-up also serves an extensive menu of beer, mead, cider, bubbles, and two cocktails– Basil Lemongrass Punch and Mimosas. There are also nonalcoholic drink options as well including ice teas, cold brew coffee and fresh-squeezed juices.
