With a rooftop garden in place, Ripple alum Ryan Ratino opens Bresca with a menu featuring various raw fish like ocean trout and striped bass, as well as other types of meat like lobster and raw fish. Guests can enjoy dishes like Sea Urchin Linguini, Cured Ocean Trout served in two preparations, and some childhood favorites like a Walleye dish. For the beverage program, Ratino collaborated with Juan Coronado, cocktail expert, to create concoctions like Dihedral and Benzing.
