Graham Bartlett, who most recently served as regional executive chef for Richard Sandoval Restaurants, serves as chef de cuisine for TTT & Buena Vida. Guests can enjoy traditional flavors from all the corners of Mexico, incorporating cage-free eggs and meats primarily sourced from Amish farmers, along with local seafood from the Chesapeake. Dishes span from mezcal-cured salmon tostadas and sweet corn empanadas to steak with house-cured bacon, poblano peppers, and Oaxaca cheese. They are also offering a discount for their Latin Experience, which offers guests the opportunity to enjoy unlimited small plates reflecting the signature flavors of Mexico. From May 4-14, guests can enjoy the Latin Experience at a discounted price of $12 at lunch and $20 at dinner. The Latin Experience includes dishes like Cheshire Farms pork sopes, heirloom tomato ceviche, and roasted chicken adobo. Fast-casual restaurant TTT occupies the first floor, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. TTT stands for Tacos, Tortas, and Tequila. The breakfast dishes at TTT include breakfast bowls, huevos rancheros tacos, cheese and potato taquitos, and breakfast guacamole. As part of the opening festivities, guests can look forward to $1 tacos and $5 margaritas at TTT.
