Led by Chef George Rodrigues, the menu has a wide selection of authentic and modern takes on Spanish-style tapas and cocktails inspired by Rodrigues' previous travels to Spain. The pop-up opens adjacent to Alta Strada, in the restaurant Conosci. Guests can expect traditional tapas like papas bravas, gambas al ajilo, and Medjool dates with bacon and cabrales and more modern options like croquetas de paella. Dessert options include crema Catalan, horchata helado, and churros.
