Shaw’s adult treehouse, El Techo, has been transformed into Casa Verde, a warmed up place for cocktail sipping and taco slinging throughout the winter season. Co-owner Daniel Diaz is working with the culinary and beverage teams to create seasonal additions for the winter months that will help take the chill off at Casa Verde. Executive chef Alex Ramos will be adding a few heartier dishes to the menu such as a ropa vieja and lomo saltado. Beverage consultant Bryan Tate of Satori Social Club is adding a selection of hot cocktails as well as winterized latin libations utilizing baking spices, and other seasonal ingredients.
