New in Town – The Canopy by Hilton, Washington, DC is pleased to announce the addition of Megan Robbins as Executive Chef & Lead Culinary Enthusiast. Most recently the Chef de Partie at the Hilton Charlotte City Center, Megan brings a Southern culinary style to the hotel at The Wharf due to her South Georgia roots. 
 
 
 
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Megan credits childhood recipes handed down by her mother as a main culinary inspiration which will widely influence the menus at the Canopy. Offerings from breakfast through dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Canopy Central, as well as lighter fare and snacks at the hotel’s bars, including Whiskey Charlie, will reflect her style with fresh takes on Southern classics and seafood anticipated to begin rolling out in the coming weeks.
