Drink Company's Cherry Blossom pop-up has returned to DC for the third year. However, this DC staple has incorporated some new elements this time around. As an homage to Japanese culture, the special projects team has carefully designed an entire room to look like a gigantic bowl of ramen. Aside from the much-anticipated ramen room, guests will be greeted by over 100,000 cherry blossoms that canopy the entire bar. Paul Taylor, head bartender, will be serving signature cocktails with fresh Japanese ingredients. Thanks to Chef Hiro Mitsui from Uzu ramen stall, guests will be able to actually enjoy some ramen in the ramen room. The Cherry Blossom Pop-Up Bar is open now and will wrap up on April 21, 2019.
