Chef Enrique Limardo, known for his Venezuelan cuisine featured at Alma Cocina Latina in Baltimore, offers a menu focused on the rotisserie chicken that is flavored with a 12-hour brine and slow-roasted over oak wood charcoal. The menu also features various sandwiches, salads, and signature arepa. There is a whiskey list with domestic brands as well as other choices.
