The famous Hilton brothers bring a massive diner and bar to the Pod Hotel in Penn Quarter: Crimson Diner + Whiskey Bar. The concept houses three separate sections: a 500 seat basement Whiskey Bar, a 150 seat Diner, and a rooftop deck. The Diner has opened with the Whiskey Bar soon to follow. Menu specialties include biscuit sandwiches like Buttermilk fried chicken, spicy honey, bread & butter pickles, Duke’s mayo, sesame seed bun. The Diner also serves all-day breakfast, shrimp and grits and other southern-inspired items.
