The famous Hilton brothers are bringing a massive diner and bar to the Pod Hotel: Crimson Diner + Whiskey Bar. The concept will house three separate sections: a 500 seat basement Whiskey Bar, a 150 seat Diner, and a rooftop deck. The Diner is expected to open earlier in May, with the Whiskey Bar soon to follow. Menu specialties will include biscuit sandwiches like Buttermilk fried chicken, spicy honey, bread & butter pickles, Duke’s mayo, sesame seed bun. The Diner will also serve all-day breakfast, shrimp and grits and other southern-inspired items.
