Dyllan's Raw Bar, located in the heart of Georgetown, has officially opened. This new spot was created with the intention of transporting its guests to Europe through their authentic dishes and quirky cocktails. The menu is fully equipped with dishes like ceviche and maki rolls. Executive Chef, Neal Corman, has also included some comfort dishes- linguini and clams and steak. Dinner will be available Tuesday to Thursday until 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday until midnight. Dyllan's Raw Bar will also be serving brunch and weekday lunch in the coming weeks.
