For those feeling bitter about Valentine’s Day, The Royal in LeDroit Park shines the spotlight on the darker side of love at the latest edition of its monthly “Royal Knights” industry night series, “Nightmare Before Valentine’s Day”. Guest bartenderRachel Sergi, head bartender at The Next Whisky Bar, will collaborate with The Royal’s bar team on a one-night-only menu of vermouth, amaro and fernet-based cocktails throughout the evening, plus “Bitters + Beer” boilermaker specials and other surprises.
