Chef José Andrés and ThinkFoodGroup invite you to celebrate peak-season winter black truffles in bountiful supply during the first annual Truffle Festival. He sends these amazing truffles, wrapped in that day’s newspaper, directly to José’s restaurants at their freshest point to celebrate the start of the season. You can enjoy the fragrant and exquisite black truffle in a variety of both new and amplified dishes and drinks including: Zaytinya’s Truffle Pide- Turkish style pizza topped with loads of shaved black truffle, Oyamel’s Tortitas de Papa con Trufas- potato fritters with Mexican creme and black truffles, Barmini’s uni truffle toast, and Jaleo’s Acorn-fed pork “presca” carpaccio with lemon dressing, pine nut praline and shaved black truffle served table side. barmini: 855 E Street NW, for more information click here.
