Festive Champagne Dinner At The Hay-Adams

The Hay-Adams is pleased to debut a new spring time prix fixe, three-course menu available exclusively in the Lafayette Room. Passover Feast At Dino’s Grotto

Come join Dino’s for a Passover feast where you get some of everything on the menu. As you sit, an assortment of charoset and hot horseradish will be your entry into the feast.  The first course is a trio of veggies. Next is the classic Passover Triumvirate: housemade gefilte fish, matzo ball soup, and chopped liver. The entrees are also a trio: slow cooked Randall Lineback vittelone brisket; local fish in a spiced tomato sauce; and a tangy & herbal Moroccan inspired chicken with preserved lemon & olives.  Dessert will be a plate of cookies including their chocolate walnut crisps, and macaroons. Pottery Pop Up Shop At Centrolina
