Cooking Class: How To Tagliatelle At Via Umbria

The class will show guests every step from start to finish, including making and rolling out the dough, and cooking the pasta. Inferno Pizzeria Is Having A Pasta Party

Chef Tony Conte, known for his delicious pizza and small, tasting menu style plates, is switching his doughs up and offering an all pasta tasting menu. The 5-course pasta menu will showcase Tony’s love for playing with pasta in its many guises, like his special Garlic Bread Spaghetti or his Truffle Noodles, with fine truffles worked directly into the dough.
