Settle into the Chef’s Counter at Gravitas. An exclusive dining experience permits you and a guest an up-close-and-personal look at their chefs in action. This elevated experience allows you to feel the energy of the kitchen, while exploring Chef Matt Baker’s inspired, seasonal and continuously evolving menu offerings. The tasting menu at the Chef’s Counter is a unique and atypical experience and not offered to other diners during your visit. Tickets are $240 per person. For chef’s counter, they accept only one reservation for a party of two at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday and two seatings on Friday and Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. At fifteen courses, the duration of the tasting menu is approximately two and a half hours. For more information or to make a reservation, please click here.
