Step into Via Umbria’s kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class where they will demonstrate how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself and, as a bonus, you will also have the opportunity to create one of Via Umbria’s signature desserts. This week’s menu features Pansotti with Goat Cheese, Swiss Chard and Walnut Sauce, followed by Crostata with Ricotta and Chocolate, with the chance afterward to enjoy your handiwork.
