Step into Via Umbria’s kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class where they will demonstrate how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. This week’s menu features Garganelli alla Norcia with Sausage, Cream and Porcini Mushrooms, followed by Ricotta and Chocolate Tart, with the chance afterwards to enjoy your handiwork. Beer, wine and bottomless prosecco will be available for purchase to enjoy during the class and with your meal. 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tickets are priced at $60 per person.
