Via Umbria has picked some of their favorite dishes from various regions, emphasizing the best seasonal ingredients, to create a full menu of Northern Italian specialties. They will start off in Liguria with Raw Diver Scallops, then head to Piemonte for Raviolo stuffed with Pear, Taleggio and Speck in a Brown Butter Sauce with Sage, followed by a stop in Lombardia for Pan Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Sformato and Truffle Sauce with their final stop in Veneto for the famous Tiramisu. 7:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are priced at $75 per person.
