At Old Town Alexandria’s French Brasserie, chef Sebastien Rondier will offer a Restaurant Week presentation for three weeks. Menu highlights include chickpea veloute with prosciutto, goat cheese, xeres vinegar, and croutons; braised beef cheeks with butternut squash puree, smoked baby veggies, espelette, and truffle oil butter; seared mahi with heirloom bean and leek ragout, parsnip mousseline, green peppercorn, and roasted chicken jus; and gala & granny smith apple crumble.
