Future Harvest: Chesapeake Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture (Future Harvest CASA), in partnership with University of Maryland Extension, will be hosting one of the region’s largest farm and food gatherings, in College Park, Maryland. The 19th Annual Cultivate the Chesapeake Foodshed Conference includes 7 tracks and over 40 sessions and workshops while showcasing cream-of-the-crop agricultural experts and the latest information about farming and food. Opening Friday keynoter is nationally renowned regenerative rancher Gabe Brown, followed by dinner guest Chef Michael Twitty, a food historian and author.
