Hogtoberfest at The Pig will take you around the world through the month of October. Each week, Chef Shabier Bahramy will introduce a four-course menu with a specific country in mind and that region’s take on pork and it’s complementing flavors. Week 1 will focus on Italy and include dishes like Bacon Washed Old Fashioned Ice Cream Affogato and Pork Loin Carpaccio, followed by France, Vietnam, and finishing out the month with the United States.
