In a class led by sixth&i in-house chef Vered Guttman, explore a contemporary twist on the classic cholent, a slow-cooked stew of caramelized potatoes, beans, and meat. The menu includes: Ashkenazi cholent with Israeli and Moroccan variations; Jerusalem-style hamin (an overnight stew of chicken and macaroni); Israeli salad, pickles, and a winter compote.
