Pastry chef Caitlin Dysart channels her New Orleans hometown roots, whipping up classic NOLA-style sweet dough King Cake filled with cocoa-almond cream (and the traditional toy baby hidden inside), topped with cream cheese frosting and sprinkles. Cakes are $36, serving 8-10 people, and are available beginning February 2, but orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.
