Mark Your Calendar: Paolo Dungca Tiki TNT Pop-Up Filipino Dinner Series

At Tiki TNT, Todd Thrasher’s runaway hit of the DC Wharf, the breeze always blows tropical. On each Wednesday of October 2020, it’ll be blowing with a distinct island flair, as Filipino native-born chef, Paolo Dungca, steps up as the resident guest chef to present weekly Wednesday Filipino Pop-Up Coursed Dinners with four distinctive dishes of seasonal fare inspired by the cuisine of the Philippines – with optional beverage pairings – that sends you for a few hours to the far side of the world. The four-course menu is $65 per person; four spirited beverage pairings are $35.
