In order to remember the influence that Paul Bocuse had reshaping French cuisine, five French chefs are celebrating his legacy with a cocktail reception and six-courses. The cuisine will showcase Chef Bocuse’s signature techniques, ingredients and dishes. Tickets are $220, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
