Last year, the food world lost a global icon in trailblazing French chef Paul Bocuse. Join Sebastien Rondier of Alexandria’s Brabo and all-star team of the D.C. area’s top French toques at the Beard House for a tribute to this culinary legend. Inspired by the legend and the respect garnered for this iconic dish, a cocktail version has been created and will be debuted at “Merci, Chef: A Tribute to Chef Paul Bocuse”  Five French chefs from Washington, DC., Maryland, and Virginia, whose culinary careers and styles have been personally shaped by Chef Bocuse, are marking the anniversary of his passing by paying tribute to his legacy with a six-course dinner of cuisine showcasing Chef Bocuse’s signature techniques and style.
