Fairmont has partnered with Lot 35 Tea Company to offer a variety of herbal, black,  green and white teas including; Fairmont Washington, D.C.’s  Signature Winter Blend with cinnamon and clove, Organic Egyptian Chamomile, Something Sweet with cacao beans, coffee, caramel and chocolate, Organic Gold Jasmine Dragon and Organic Oregon Mint. Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and his culinary team have created a savory and sweet tea fare. A champagne pairing menu with Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut and Thiénot Rosé will also be available along with a children’s menu. Tickets are $35.
