Bobby Van’s Grill hosts their annual Pappy Van Winkle Dinner featuring an entire portfolio of the storied Pappy Van Winkle elixirs. Chef Jun Chen will prepare a five-course dinner to be paired with each shot of the Pappy — the 12,15, 20 and 23 (as well as Rip Van Winkle commonly referred to as Pappy 10). Carlo Bruno, Bobby Van’s in-house whiskey expert and mixologist will educate on the mystique and adoration for the whiskey. Bobby Van’s was able to secure a little more of this precious whiskey so they have added a dinner with limited seats and availability.
