Dyllan’s Raw Bar and Grill is pleased to unveil cooking and mixology classes with their new Cooking with Chef Darren series. Teaching the true technique to open the hard-shell beauties, you will learn how to prepare shellfish for consumption, along with the differences between the East and West Coast oysters and clams. Also learn to make the popular condiments, including cocktail sauce and mignonette. The class is $55 per person, which includes a complimentary selection of 12 oysters, and is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For more information, click here.
