Sicilian Wine Dinner With Benanti Winery

Via Umbria's third and final installment of "Maker's May" will celebrate the winemakers from Benanti Winery on the East Coast of Sicily. The winemakers at Benanti have honed their skills since first cultivating on unique volcanic soils in the 1800s to create wines with explosive flavors. Each course created by Chef Liam will be a celebration of Sicily and with each bite you will be transported on a whirlwind tour of the region. Chef Liam and the winemakers will join you at the table at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions.
