During this one hour class, you’ll review the importance of blends for sustainability in the vineyard, the impact harvests play on a blend, the characteristics of grapes, and the role they play in blends. Taste through a selection of four wines to emphasize the key points covered, such as regional tipicity and winemaker interference, or lack thereof. This class is a solid building block for all interested in wine, regardless of appreciation level.
