Join Alyssa Wold of Red Imports at Mr. Henry’s for a 4-course dinner and dessert with wine pairings. You will learn about basic wine and food pairing rules which will be demonstrated by each course. Menu items include prosciutto-wrapped pears, roasted winter vegetable salad with goat cheese and pine nuts, super lump crab cake nestled on lemon cream capellini, and grilled flat iron steak with fresh vegetables. You will be able to purchase the wines after the dinner and recreate your own wine pairings at home. $55 per person, including tax and gratuity and a 5 oz. wine pairing.
