The first course will be a Frisée & asparagus salad with lardons, crispy shallots and poached organic farm egg with Pouilly Fume, 2015. The second course will be a wild mushroom risotto with a white truffle essence and “Cuvée Edmond” Blanc, 2014. Enjoy a main course of rabbit ballotine with heirloom baby carrots and a whole grain mustard sauce and “La Demoiselle” Rouge, 2012.
