Continuing Via Umbria’s “Being the Butcher” series of meat related cooking demos, Scott Weiss invites guests to join him for a class on how to make steak tartare. The class will include a brief demonstration from Scott, followed by the chance for guests to mix together their own steak tartare and dig in.
