Chef de Cuisine Brad Deboy at the Michelin-starred Blue Duck Tavern, is introducing new seasonal, American classics to the restaurant’s Easter menu. The three-course, fixed-price menu begins with a choice of starters, including seasonal salads, meats, breads and cheeses, on display throughout the open kitchen. Next you will have a choice of entrée and sides from the holiday menu. Highlights include Nutella stuffed french toast with salted almond brittle and toasted coconut; hot fried rabbit & waffle with pepper relish and honey butter; Maine lobster benedict with ancho chili hollandaise, buttermilk biscuit and charred avocado; herb-roasted leg of lamb with harissa yogurt and fiddlehead ferns, as well as oven-roasted dry aged ribeye with grilled ramps and salsa verde. Brunch concludes with seasonal desserts, which are on display in the pastry pantry. $125 per adult. $60 per child ages 6-12.
