Crawfish Boil at Bayou Bakery Courthouse

Chef David Guas, the only native Crescent City chef in DC, is bringing the authentic flavors of New Orleans to Bayou Bakery, Coffee Bar & Eatery for his annual Crawfish Boil series. In the words of the great NOLA band, The Radiators, get ready for “suckin’ the heads and squeezin’ the tips” — all set to LIVE music by N’awlins-born musician Nick Adde. Clean platers can come back up for a second helping while supplies last. If Crawfish isn’t for you, try jumbo gulf shrimp with taters and corn sold by the pound. In the “spirit” of Louisiana, the eatery will have big specials from Abita beer with $15 pitchers and $5 drafts. $35 bundles include Louisiana crawfish with corn on the cob, peppery new potatoes, coleslaw, mini muff-a-lottas, and cornbread. 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 1515 N Courthouse Rd, Arlington, Va.
