Del Campo Evening Lamb Butchery Class

Chef Victor Albisu will host a lamb cooking class at Del Campo restaurant where guests will learn to create dishes including grilled lamb tongue and braised cheek, Kung Pao lamb sweetbreads, braised lamb ropa vieja empanadas, and Korean style lamb chops. The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by instruction from Chef Victor. Dinner with wine will follow to enjoy the items demonstrated.
