Gather around the Chef’s table at Via Umbria for an experience that takes Farm to Table dining to a whole new level of cheesy goodness. Back by popular demand for one weekend only: Wheel to Table. Watch in wonder as Chef Liam LaCivita prepares a decadent bowl of risotto in a flaming wheel of Grana Padano. Upon arrival, sip on a complimentary glass of Prosecco and explore the shop that has been described as “an Italian village under one roof.” Next, head to the demonstration kitchen and pull up a seat at the communal table. For each Dinner at the Chef’s Table, the chef carefully prepares a unique, authentic and delicious menu for your enjoyment. Relax, and savor this experience that you won’t soon forget.
