Five-Course Poultry-Focused Cider Pairings Dinner

The Bird’s Chef Michael Bonk, in collaboration with Distillery Lane Ciderworks owner Rob Miller will host a five-course poultry-focused cider pairings dinner. Featuring an opening toast with The Bird’s curated Distillery Lane Cider, a menu of items including wild scottish grouse scrapple with egg ravioli, crispy bitter greens and woodberry sparking cider saybayon will be paired with the Jefferson, MD Distillery’s handcrafted hard ciders.
