Come out for the next installment in the 2016-2017 cooking demo series; “Frutti di Mare (Dishes inspired by the Sea)”. In select cooking demo classes, Chef Ethan McKee will show how he makes his bucatini amatriciana. Through the end of the year, Urbana is donating $1 to the Italian Red Cross for every order of bucatini amatriciana benefitting earthquake relief efforts in Amatrice. Urbana has celebrated the Italian and Mediterranean cultures since its opening in 2006. When the devastating earthquake hit Italy in late August, Chef McKee and the Urbana team rallied together to create an #EatForItaly menu. Urbana continues to donate $1 to the Italian Red Cross for every order of the bucatini amatriciana (a popular dish from Amatrice),and is dedicated to doing so for the remainder of 2016.
