Michael Paluzzi, the man behind the distillery, plans to utilize the 3,400 square foot space to make straight bourbon, traditional gin, citrus-infused gin, and pineapple-flavored gin as well as regular and pepper vodka. At this distillery, local beers and a selection of Italian wines are available on tap and are paired with small plates like antipasti, bruschetta, panini sandwiches, and honey mascarpone fig gelato. They are open from 5:00 p.m. to midnight on Wednesdays and Thursdays, noon to midnight on Saturdays, and noon to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.
