Friends Dan Koslow and Andrew Harris team up to open a counter service restaurant with also a small outdoor dining area that specializes in fresh, antibiotic-free, humanely raised grilled chicken. Their menu features various plates, salads, sandwiches, and sides, and opt for either chicken breast, chicken thigh, or tofu. All plates will top brown basmanti rice (which can be substituted for cauliflower rice) and is served with lightly dressed greens. Some of the highlights of their menu are chicken with chipotle masala sauce, a summer corn salad with pulled barbecue chicken, a spicy adobo chicken sandwich, and a side of smashed cucumbers in rice vinegar with toasted sesame oil and garlic. Sides also include options such as Mac and Cheese with cheddar and toasted breadcrumbs, as well as, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with lemon and black pepper.
