Chef Brandon Williams new concept introduces DC's first and only fish burger joint, serving all seasonal and wild caught fish burgers. Seasonal based menu choices include a rotation of around 12 different fish, with two offered daily. Some of these options include, wreckfish, sheepshead, rockfish, snapper and sea bass. All crabmeat crab cakes are available on the menu until the end of the Chesapeake Bay crab season, approximately around October. Other house-made condiments such as aged kimchi (kale or cabbage based on the season) and sambal (made with fish pepper) are offered to pair with the fish burgers.
