Husband/wife team and co-owners Swati Bose and Kabir Amir have opened Flight Wine Bar in Penn Quarter. Flight Wine Bar features an extensive wine list featuring over 30 options by the glass including lesser known varietals and international labels. A knowledgeable yet friendly staff helps guide guests through high-end wines that are organized by body and style instead of region. A variety of domestic and international beers, boutique spirits, and a weekly wine-based cocktail are featured on the menu. Chef Bradley Curtis, formerly of DGS Delicatessen, Zatinya, and Graffiato will be spearheading the kitchen and serving up shareable plates to accompany the wine selection. Edit Lab, the team behind Daikaya and Red Hen, were responsible for the design of the 60-seat wine bar.
