Foodie & The Beast this week began with Mitch Berliner the co-creator of Central Farm Markets and the principle of Meat Crafters, which produces sausages, salami, and skinny salami. Next up was Liv Callabet from Tokoyo Underground DC's original ramen house with tastes and talk of DC. Chef David Katz was in talking about Honeygrow, a Philly-born, fast-casual concept featuring premium, wholesome made-to-order stir-fry, salads, and honeybar, all made from scratch and fully customizable. Finally, joining us was Glendon Hartley and Kevin Rogers from Service Bar, a fried chicken, and artisan cocktail bar.
