This week on Foodie & the Beast we began with Joe Henderson and his daughter Lucia from Chapel Hill Farm. They talked about Randall Lineback cattle and their collaboration with Black Restaurant Group on an upcoming Randall Lineback nose-to-tail dinner.  Next up was Greg Nivens CEO of The Trigger Agency to talk about his very cool Rosè and brunch events that you won't want to miss. Joe Neuman from Sloppy Mama's joined us to talk about his all smoked barbecue, which is made without any gas ovens. For the Italian food and wine love, we had in chef Luigi Diotaiuti the man behind Aperto and Al Tiramisu, and a world-renowned authority on Italian cooking and living.  Last but not least we explored the world of Lebanese wine with Danny Abi-Najim from Lebanese Taverna.
