This week on Foodie & the Beast, we spoke with RAMMY award-winning chef Todd Gray and his business partner and wife, Ellen Kassoff Gray, whose Equinox Restaurant has been a celebrated cornerstone of downtown dining for years. Their new concept in the Museum of the Bible is Manna. They are well known to Washington’s fans of dining out, but there is more to their new concept than meets the eye.
