We bid adieu to 2016 during our last show of the year in delicious fashion. Centrolina Chef/Owner Amy Brandwein was in to tell us how the restaurant is easing the burden of menu planning and preparation fort he holidays by offering Christmas and Hanukkah meals to go. Woodward Table’s Chef/Owner Jeff Buben and Pastry Chef Anotnio Lisbino brought holiday cheer in to the studio with Ginger Houses, the classic Christmas Dessert Buche de Noel and Holiday Cookies. They talked all about these classic holiday desserts, delving into their history and how you can incorporate making them/decorating them into your own family holiday traditions. On Rye is a modern sandwich shop with a creative and lighter twist on Jewish deli staples. Ilyse Fisherman Lerner, Founder & CEO, was in with tastes and talk of the newly-opened eatery. And in proper holiday season style, there was plenty of drinking on Sunday’s show. We lost ourselves in Lost Inhibitions Wines with Eric Platt, Managing Partner for Artisans and Vines. More delicious libations were had from Beso Del Sol, a true Sangria imported from Spain and produced from a single estate in the Valdepeñas D.O. Brad Levitan, CEO, was in to get us even more into the holiday spirit(s)! Click here to listen to the full show.
