Today, Foodie and the Beast pretty much is all about chefs, chefs and … more chefs!
Joining us today are Tim Ma, chef/owner of Shaw’s celebrated Kryisan and of the new, American Son in DC’s equally as new, Eaton Hotel; The Source’s executive chef and assistant general manager and beverage director, Drew Brandwein, in talking about menus and plans for the restaurant’s annual, Chinese New Year extravaganza;  (relatively) new chef, Jonathan Till, an avid forager and native Hawaiian, with a fresh take on that venerable restaurant’s approach to dining; Lance Mion, the new executive chef and so-called, “drink lead enthusiast” for the Canopy by Hilton Washington, DC Bethesda North and last, but hardly least, award-winning writer, producer and director, Art Ehrens, in to discuss his delicious, new children’s book, Sweet Potato Pete and the Green Garden Gang.
